Nutrition

Exercise is of course only one facet of a healthy lifestyle. I’ll ensure you start making better food choices to enable you to have sustained energy levels throughout the day. This will also mean you’ll be able to exercise more intensely for a longer period and reach your goals in a shorter timeframe.

Movement Assessments

Put simply if you don’t have a fundamental base level movement capacity, to move in a way which is healthy and efficient, the layering of reps and load will break your body down quicker leading to long term injuries.

Customised Plans

On assessing your overall level of fitness, in areas such as mobility, strength and core stability, I’ll then design a personalised programme for you to follow to supplement our weekly session or sessions. During the planning, I’ll also be taking into consideration your medium to long term goals.
